Lea's Resolution

As the new year begins, many of us pause to reflect on who we’ve been and who we want to become. New Year’s resolutions are often seen as lists of habits to fix or goals to chase, but at their core, they are promises we make to ourselves, quiet commitments to grow.

This year, my resolution is simple but powerful: to trust myself more.
Trusting myself means listening to my instincts, honoring my ideas, and believing that I am capable of making good decisions, even when the outcome is uncertain. It’s about letting go of constant self-doubt and allowing confidence to take its place.

Alongside that, I’m choosing to stop limiting myself when it comes to learning and exploring new things. Growth doesn’t happen inside comfort zones, it happens by staying open to curiosity trying, failing, learning, and trying again.

I give myself permission to evolve. Whether it’s picking up a new skill, exploring unfamiliar interests, or stepping into spaces that once felt intimidating, this resolution is about expansion.

The new year isn’t about becoming someone entirely different. It’s about becoming more of who we already are. By trusting myself and embracing exploration, I’m stepping into the year with openness, courage, and the belief that I am allowed to grow without limits.
